Whether it’s English, Green, Earl Grey, or Chamomile, tea is one of our favourite beverages and better yet, it offers us a range of health benefits! Green Tea
Green tea is loaded with plant compounds, full of vital nutrients to keep us healthy. Green tea is great at keeping you awake, improving brain function, improving physical performance, and can even kill bacteria! Green tea contains large amounts of catechins, which are natural antioxidants that prevent cell damage and slow down the process of ageing and disease. Better yet, green tea is believed to help fat burn!

English Breakfast Tea
English breakfast tea is a black tea derived from Kenyan, Assam, and Ceylon teas. Black teas are high in antioxidants and great at combating cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease and high cholesterol.

Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea is derived from the chamomile flower and contains the aromatic chemical Chamazulene. Chamazulene works to reduce inflammation in the body and also possesses analgesic qualities. Chamomile tea is great to drink when you are sick, unwell, or aren’t sleeping well. It does not contain caffeine and is a popular choice to relax those uptight nerves and muscles!

Earl Grey Tea
Earl grey tea is great for your pearly whites. It’s high levels of catechin and fluoride fight oral infections and tooth decay. When it’s not strengthening your teeth, earl grey is known to have a calming effect, great for people suffering from depression, anxiety, or general everyday stress.
