A health and wellness coach can provide just that. Our job is to work with our clients to help them adopt a way of living that enhances their health and vitality. And when it comes to weight we know that movement and nutrition are key elements in sustained success. But each individual is different. A coach will work with you to determine what habits you would like to work on changing and replacing and help you make these an automatic part of your life. We are not here to tell you what to do but to support you in choosing the changes you wish to make and examine all the factors that could help or hinder you in our journey to sustained weight loss.
We want you to remain who you are now and perhaps even help you make further improvements in your wellness that will flow on naturally from your recent success. So our conversation will be deeper than just about exercise or diet. We will help you uncover any beliefs and concerns you may have about your ability to maintain this new body. We will support you in overcoming any negative talk you may habitually engage in. We will together determine your deep intrinsic reasons for wanting this change to last and work out what daily steps are necessary to create this new way of living. Many factors affect weight. Stress and lack of sleep are just as important as movement and where you get your calories from. Maintaining a positive outlook, learning to be mindful and have self compassion are all essential ingredients for continued good health and vitality. We will be your support and our belief in your will be stronger than any doubts you may have.

Fiona Cosgrove has worked in the areas of health, fitness and wellness for over 25 years in numerous capacities. She has owned and run highly successful health clubs, taught in several University Degree programs and trained fitness leaders and wellness coaches who have gone on to help support people in their journeys towards sustainable change for good.
Fiona constantly seeks to help people achieve a high level of well-being and performance in life and work, particularly when faced with the challenge of weight loss.
